Opened 20min early to give us some of the best fries of our life :)

They closed 45 minutes earlier than advertised. Than they only offered icecream after they noticed us standing outside the window. We than asked for soft icecream but the machine was down so hard ice cream it was. Would not return.

This is our go to place for ice cream and small bites after a swim. The curly fries are yum and a must try. Be sure to take cash because this place does not accept cards.

PRICE GAUGING!Purchased 1 children’s sun screen from the beach house the total was over 21.00!At Walmart for the EXACT same sunscreen the total is approx 19.70 plus tax for set of TWO.On another occasion got topping for ice cream , it costed 1.50 for only 4 half size gummy worms.7-11 sells 0.5 each would equal .20 .I understand you are relying on hot beach goers that are in a bind for a cold drink/snack or that have worked up an appetite.I understand raised prices but no at the percentage.Pretty disappointed .

Yes the food might be inconsistent or outright bad. I suggest people focus on not ordering items from the menu that are inappropriate for the beach, reduce their expectations, stick to the basics like ice cream or fries, etc, and be darn grateful you have such convenient snacks available right on the beach! And to the Beach House: less is more. Reduce your menu size, perfect fewer options. Don't extend yourself beyond your capabilities. Sandwiches! Kept in the cooler and made fresh each day for instance. Keep away from the deep fryer: to easy to overcook and people don't know what's good for them. Best of luck in 2023. Don't blame your clients for ruining your business". Up your game!"

Horrible management, I don’t even want to have to sit here and leave a review on a business owner like this but it’s definitely absurd to be treated so poorly for absolutely no reason. I was with my little cousin and aunt today deciding on what rental we were going to go with to which a man was helping us with. Kept making comments like “I have stuff to do” or “you guys clearly can’t follow instructions” I guess not expecting that to come off as disrespectful. When I had confronted about his behaviour because I too deal with customers on a daily as a manager and I would never speak to them in that form for whatever reason. He had then told us we damaged the boat by dragging when we did not drag it at all then proceeded to say it’s on video. I understand the property itself having security camera / footage. But to pull out your personal device and record 3 women is a little weird. I would really think that if you would like returning customers and if you care for your reputation as a business owner, you will choose to act differently towards future scenarios.
