The Sparrow Team from Oren, Karine and Emily have been efficient, focused in ensuring that the housemate and the homeowner (me) would have equally satisfactory agreement. Sparrow platform has good market reach. Most of the prospective housemates who inquired and expressed interest were good people. They also provide personal and credit check. Communicating and coordinating with them have been fluid and satisfactory. I will definitely recommend Sparrow to homeowners with idle extra room(s) for the much needed fund.

If it weren’t for sparrow I’d still be looking for a place to live. The team was very diligent in helping me find a suitable living situation. Oren was especially great, working over time to answer all the necessary questions that I had. I’m quite pleased to say I have found a place to rent and I’m very happy.Thank you for all your hard work. I will look to sparrow for all my renter needs in the future. Definitely recommend!Cheers!

Sparrow was easily there when we needed to ask questions and answered asap. We found an international thx to them and in a month she will be with us. They helped with legal stuff, ensured right fit for us was given and we are so happy to have got her as a student since always on ball/ polite/ anything we need she deliver asap to make transition easy. He recommended 3 and we didn’t know who to choose since all were great.Highly recommend
