This is the worst bank ever! They are a complete fraud. I got charged 3 times for NSF I had no idea about.The worst part was they didnt even pay the other party. Apparently as a student there should be some sort of coverage but no. Scotiabank the worst bank won't give such. I asked to speak to the manager and I was taken to a rude supervisor and she didn't even think anything was wrong. She was so rude. The so called agent that opened my account never opened it under a student account and I was being charged $24.99 for over 2years and when I called it out there was no refund whatsoever. Nobody should bank with this people. They are the worst ever. Stupid customer service and no understanding of a situation. Greatest thieves ever in form of a bank!!!

If you need to see a teller be prepared to wait a minimum of 15 minutes. At 10AM this morning - 1 teller open and 10 in line! Use an ATM if possible

Worst customer service ever.Customer service rep isn’t pleasant to talk to, there is always new tellers who don’t know what they are doing. They’ll find any reason to make your day miserable.

I’m a customer with them, and I asked for a bank card from they, they turned me away just cause it’s not my main branch. And my main branch in regent park area also turned me away. Thinking about trying a new bank ! They just don’t understand how far regent park is when I can easily walk downtown, close where I live to get a new bank card!

“They don’t know, what they are doing!” I have visited 3 times for the bank transaction that I never did. They are blaming on online department, and when I call scotiabank online, they said you have to visit branch. I have visited 3 times to branch and even supervisors also have no idea what to do. They told me to report the transaction as a fraud, and when I called fraud department, they are saying that the transaction was deducted by bank. By seeing the transaction, they can’t recognise that the transaction happened by bank? They are just wasting time.Worst service I have ever felt in bank.

Worst tellers and even worst customer service manager lady. Teller was using my card to remove dust from her giant nails. I've heard lot bad things about main branch in Regina, now I've experienced that.

I have been banking here for close to a year and have nothing but positive things to say about Sandy and the staff out front. They have gone the extra mile to help me out on several occasions.

Terrible location and terrible service. All they do is waste your time.
