Lousy service, took over 1 month a half to get dishwasher serviced

Was extremely impressed last year and wanted to write a note now as I am calling them Monday for a different repair and confident they will come through. We bought our house 5 years ago and the previous owners had a very expensive dishwasher which the control panel broke. I was able to get the plastic mold but not able to replace and connect. Everyone I called didn't or wasn't able to do the job. Bergervin Service came in the day after we received the mold, took about 30 minutes to redo all and when I got the invoice, well lets say this is why I am calling them back for another appliance repair! You will not regret their knowledge, professionalism and fees for any appliance repair!J.T.

Got referred to them by Samsung Canada as my washer was no longer draining, called got an appointment day after (Wednesday) at 7:30 am, they were very punctual. Assessed the issue and my pump was not working. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock, told me about 24 to 48 hrs, they ordered the part, called me the day after (Thursday) that the part was in and gave me another 7:30 am appointment (Friday). They were again on time, actually even a little early which was fine as i need to get to work, they replaced the part in about 30 minutes ran a test, no leaks and washer was draining like it should. Great service thank you to you both I now have clean clothes again :-)

La piece pour ma machine est en commande, donc pas repare a 100% encore, mais je tennais vraiment a souligner l excellent service client, la rapidité du retour suite à la demande de service initial et le professionalism de cette equipe. Fortement recommandé!
