0 stars. It's simple. If you claim same day service with no caveat prior to payment, then take my payment, and when you send me a confirmation do not provide another caveat, you get 0 stars for me having to come in 4 days later asking if my order is ready. You get another minus 1 star for giving me attitude like it's my fault for having to come in after 4 days without you calling me after telling you offer same day service......you can't be shocked you're losing market value in this area with nonsense like this.

Keep away from this store. Rude manager and unreliable staff. The story: They mentioned on their website that they take infant passport pictyre. I xalled them to confirm. When I arrived there one of the staff told me you need to have white blanket as a background becausw we don't have it! Thankfully I had something with myself but when we were ready after awaking our little baby and handling his cries, then the manager came and said we dont do it!! I told him it is mentioned on your website and I called to confirm before coming but he rudelessly ignored us! Very bad experience

Worst store in the world. Nobody to help. All employees are very busy standing around. Can't get anything done. Useless. Looks like staples is well on their way to going out of business. That's great hopefully bezos will just swallow you up.

After a serious conversation with the manager, I received an apology from his team for my previous issues with the store. They are having issues with new staff and are improving their training. I am giving them another chance.

I had a very bad experience in this store. Went there with my kid to take passport pictures and after less than 10 seconds trying to arrange his position for the picture, the employee said, I will come back in 3 minutes and if he is not cooperating I will not take the picture. It was very rude and my little boy was feeling bad for his reaction !!! We left the store I will never go back

While I've had difficult experiences here in the past, I was very relieved last time when I wanted to get a poster printed and had the opportunity to be served by Alex. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel worried at all that I'd have to push back in regards to my order not being done right. I hope this continues to be the experience in the future

We had some print and photocopy work to do. We were in and out in no time. Very smooth. Although we didn't get to interact with the staff since it was all self-serve, it would be a positive as self-serve means you're not supposed to need to interact with the staff.Very much recommended. Plenty of parking outside since it's a shared parking lot with other businesses in the plaza.
