Horrible service. Placed an online order, we received multiple email communications from the “manager “, Alex, including a confirmation email to pick up the product. Borrowed a vehicle large enough to accommodate the load, drove the 1.5 hr round trip to pick up the product. Get to the shop, pay the bill after confirming our order and product, then wait an hr…. Tick tick, tick tock… a couple of checks to see what the wait is… tick tock…FINALLY told they no longer have the order, and that they sometimes donate stock and they “think” they donated that one. No willingness to compensate for our time or inconvenience or to price match the sale we originally had. Nothing but what felt like an insincere apology. An absolute terrible experience. I would never recommend them! Beyond horrible.

Best tile place ever. All the staff are amazing, huge selection and good prices but more importantly expert advice. I like to deal with Janna or Tom, they always go above and beyond. Their Schluter Systems Rep Simon Rowe is always available to answer your questions.

Got my brand new house tile and kitchen done by this contractor, (Ceramic decor) the tile start breaking after a month, the grout start falling and cracking after 2 weeks, tiles loose in 3 weeks, not to mention the ensuite shower where the grout was falling more and more after every use, repair technician came and apply silicone all over making it even worse, gaps in the shower niche, anyways customer service is horrible service coordinator never answered the phone and the emails where answered 4 days later.They couldn't find the matching lot color to replace the broken tiles took me 6 months email after email and many un answered calls. after setting up the appointment nobody was informed about it an have no idea why I was there, after 6 months fighting to get my house repairs done, having purchase a brand new house and going thru this horrible service. I would not recommend the place.

My wife and daughter visited the showroom today on the advice of a local kitchen design firm and contractor. They couldn’t have been more “underwhelmed.” Admittedly our current kitchen project is modest in comparison to others but we also have two full bathroom projects to contend with in the near future. They came away feeling that the representative with whom they spoke (Tom?) was, at best, disinterested in assisting them. Despite his self professed expertise after completing “thousands” of projects.Well….here are at least three projects he won’t be doing.

Caveat Emptor!Went here instead of a box store thinking they are the experts. Told them I needed 26.6 sq ft. to do my backsplash(granted, not a big job but I have a large bathroom to do next). Was told the tile comes in boxes of 6.24 sq ft X 5 boxes = 31.22 sq ft. Great, I think, lots of spare for waste. I get near the end of the job and I'm short!????? Turns out the box actually contains only 5.18 sq ft of actual tile. 5.18 x 5 boxes = 25.9 sq ft. Not so great! So now I need to order another box. Just to add insult to injury, the price is now $10.35 sq ft instead of the original $8.75... for the same dye lot no less (in fairness they did knock off 20 points for the box, but still...). I won't be back!

George the owner is awesome. Angel really knows her stuff. I wish the service people were better at scheduling and explaining other options available to fix imperfect grout. Products picked up today are grout cleaner, colour matching solution, and if all else fails I'll go back and get grout paint and paint it all.
