Judy did a lovely job replacing a zipper on a sheepskin coat, as well as replacing the lining in a full length wool coat. Her workmanship is excellent, she was easy to work with and was finished on time.

My large burly winter coat zipper busted in the door of my car and I went to 3 tailors before I could find someone to repair it.It looks PERFECT!I can't believe the high quality!Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 10/10I cannot recommend Stitches Tailor Shop enough! Very skilled and professional, and they saved my wedding day! The alterations were done on my bridal gown with a high level of skill and with great attention to detail.Some background:I had a wedding dress ordered by a different bridal shop in Calgary and it came in way too big. The soonest they could alter it was 10 days before I left for my wedding. When I picked it up, my dress was still way too big and overall did not fit right, and it was too late to go in for another fitting in Calgary so I took it home to Edmonton and didn’t know what to do. I thought there was no hope, and I was looking online for any other dress I could get same-day. Finally, my sister reached out to Jadwiga at Stitches Tailor Shop and explained the situation.Jadwiga told us to come to her shop ASAP and she was kind, professional, understanding and very friendly. She offered to help and went completely above and beyond what I needed. She fixed the hem, the waist line, the train, the whole top part was fitted. She worked all night and morning to get it done for me so that I could get married in my dream dress.Jadwiga honestly performed a miracle, I did not think what she did would be possible in such a short time. I could not praise Stitches Tailor Shop enough! They know what they are doing and are very skilled. I was blown away by the attention to detail—my dress is intricate and not easy to work with, and Jadwiga did an amazing job. It turned out absolutely perfect!

I was in a HUGE time crunch, and a couple things were done AMAZING by this business. 1) They had an online form, and answered my request in no time flat (that won't always be the case, we have lives, so I was lucky here!) 2) they were able to fit me in and opened early to make it happen - which is TRULY ABOVE AND BEYONDThat was EXCEPTIONAL service. And everything else was really great too. I went in early, she quickly fixed a couple things first (not my initial issue, which made me really feel comfortable that she really was going to do great work), she raised the hem of a gown for me, and it was perfect, lovely work, and done so quick for me, and VERY reasonable price for the work and timeline that I had given her!! That could have been really $$$$! It was still $$, cause the rush and the work needed, but I was VERY happy overall.And it was the most comfortable and perfect dress, so this was more than worth it!

I took my wedding dress in to have it shortened and do a few alterations. I asked to have cap sleeves added as well as a lovely piece down the front of the dress. I'd left a picture of what I wanted and Judy was able to perfect the replication exactly as I wanted. I was also quite happy with the price she charged, I thought it would have cost more. The big day is in a week and we did 2 fittings to be sure both were happy. I do know I am very pleased and can't wait to walk down the aisle in the dress of my dreams. Thank you Judy for your fantastic work.

Judy is the best tailor in Edmonton! My family has been with her for years. She custom made a qipao dress from scratch, and she helped us alter many shirt cuffs, dress pants, blazers, skirts and even a rain jacket. Very high quality alterations and definitely recommend.

Amazing service done by Jadwiga ! I am so happy with my dress! She completed my new dress for “mother of the bride”. In such a short amount of time she was able to make this dress for me that fits so perfectly with only going for one fitting. So happy ! I will recommend her to anyone !
