EMBRACE NAILS & SPA

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I told the girl who did my nails to keep the length and shape, I originally have round ends. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted, white with silver sparkles at the end. She cut it square and when I told her I don't like the square shape, she says it looks better with the design. I said I don't like it. She filed and filed my nail until you can't go anymore. She put on the pinkish coat 6 times. Now the nails look like a blob. And I was charged $65 for that Mani. I did not want to create a scene as they had other customers there who were already complaining.I asked to get my eyebrows done, I specifically said just to clean up the hair growing out of place. About 15 mins after I asked if she has long more. She replied that she has to fix the brows because they're uneven. Look at what the outcome was! Total disappointment. I would not recommend any family or friends here.

I love this salon! I moved away for over 3 years and recently moved back. They remembered me (and my daughter too). They always treat us with respect and are very friendly. The salon is very clean! Never had any problems and my nails always look amazing! Lots of compliments :) Happy customers here! There are 6 of us from the same family who come and we will not go anywhere else.

I always love what embrace does! They are friendly and accommodating. They do an amazing job and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I absolutely loved what they did for me for my wedding.

Even if you have an appointment, you may still experience longer than expected wait times due to overbooking. I've faced this issue many times here where I waited for 10 minutes for my appointment, only to find out that I had to wait an additional 15 minutes because another client was scheduled for the same time slot. I had to wait for the other nail artist to become available to serve me.

Went for a shellac manicure with design and Nancy did an amazing job! The salon is very clean and Nancy took her time to make sure my nails were perfect and exactly how I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Pedicure for my boyfriend. The lady cut his ankle with the grater thing and then took out a big chunk of skin from his toe. Two days later and it's scabbed over and painful to wear a shoe.I had shellac mani and reg pedi. Pedi was quick and he did not soften my cuticles before cutting them so it was basic. As for my mani... same thing so cuticle softening cream and now my nails look worse than before. And the paint job is horrible. It looks lie my nail grew out for 2 weeks when I just had it done. Start out with an agreed-upon price of 50 end up paying 80 when you leave I just don’t like the dishonesty and if you’re going to tell me somethings gonna cost a little more a little more is not $30 moreMaybe I’m wrong I just don’t think that a design should be $30 and if it is $30 I think you should tell me before you do the design and I have to pay for it because I’m willing to get a design but only for five to $10 the prices are just getting ridiculous
