Last night, I ordered Curb-side pickup and I got my cat food the next day. I was in the area, so when I arrived. I paid at the door and I picked up my item. I had a positive experience! I’d do this again.

Ren's is a Canadian company that takes care of its customers with a no hassle return policy. We have purchased many items, besides food, that we have purchased numerous times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great place to take care of your pet(s in my case)

Ren’s is definitely my favourite pet store to shop at! Great selection of products at competitive prices.My experiences at this particular location have been nothing short of phenomenal. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been happy, enthusiastic, and above all helpful. They are all clearly pet owners themselves and it really shows when you talk to them. I feel confident when I ask questions or look for advice I’m getting good info from a fellow pet owner, and that makes for a loyal customer.

My son and I have had a new puppy for a couple of months now and are new to this dog journey. The staff here is beyond helpful and just flat out awesome. We thoroughly enjoy shopping here as we feel welcomed every time we pop in. Very generous with samples as well as we were clearly out of our element lol. Hard 5/5!!

The Worst Pet Shop Ever!!!Not aggregating, I’d give a zero star if i could. The customer support was so bad. I bought cat food Orijen from here and wanted to give it back since my cats starting vomiting the food but they didnt accept by return even though i had the receipt. I usually unpack my cat food to a air free container so it stays fresh and threw my packaging. They insisted that they needed the packaging. I’d highly recommend going to Pets Mart instead, as they are more better in their returning policy

Often good, but awfully inconsistent:They have a good selection, but popular items are often out of stock.They have decent sales, but items and sale prices are regularly mislabeled.Some staff are wonderful, others are… not.

I would give 1 star if I could. Product quality is terrible and customer service is chaotic. I bought a cat hair trimmer which did not work for a second. I tried to return it but of course customer service refused in the rudest way possible. Do not buy from this store. There is literally 5 different pet stores in the area. Avoid Rene's pet at all costs. Go to pet smart which is a 2 minute walk from this store and has decent products and nice employees.

This is our favorite pet store. We always find a great selection of treats, toys, and everything else we need (and don’t need!). The store is always well stocked, clean and the staff is great with our pup.
