I honestly always get my sub here and I've never have any issues; I've ordered online with no problems before. Tonight I ordered 2 subs online, when I arrived to the store, they told me they didn't have my order &I provided the confirmation number to them. The female staff was super nice, but the guy that was working tonight was not pleasant at all. Made a snark remark at me while making my sub & put literally no toppings on my 8$ sub that I already paid for.

I miss the old owner and staff. These ones get progressively worse and stupider. They cannot understand basic English (like the word “extra”). If you’re going to work as someone who takes people’s orders in English, be proficient in it…. and shave your arms. They cross contaminate (e.g. bacon falling in the cheese — which especially sucks for people with dietary restrictions like me who is Muslim). That’s only the start, and there is so much more (like squishing in everything into a 10cm bag), but I especially hate the change in recipes. Why? Just why? The new honey mustard makes me want to get scissors and start slowly but surely snipping parts off of my tongue until I eventually can not taste it anymore. Foul. And the turkey? Why is it red? This place hasn’t even gone down hill — it straight up dropped right to the bottom. I’d rather eat the coconut cream hair products right beside this place since that would at-least be more palatable. Please for the love of God no matter who you are or how hungry you may be; Do. Not. Come. Here.

Service was good, and staff were friendly. Honestly a little surprised that this location wasn't already on the map though, as its been tucked in beside the McDonalds near the Bayview Mall for years now. Worth coming in if you are in the east end of town and want something other than burgers or chicken. I recommend this location

We always preferred this Dundas St East location because of the very friendly staff, and the great service and quality.However, in the last 5-6 months something has changed. The old staff are gone and the new staff just don't seem to care.The last two times we ordered from this location, the online order instructions were not even followed.Paying for double meat, not getting it.Requesting the bread be toasted, gets delivered untoasted.Too bad because the old staff were great and seemed to care about your order.We'll be ordering from a different location from now on.

Good subway with your average food. Staff are nice but place needs some cleaning. When they make your sub they use the least amount of toppings possible. You have to ask for more. If you stop here make sure you watch them make it. All in all it's subway

Went to this subway location last night and got subs for my family and myself. All of us ended up with food poisoning (we all had different subs), when I called to let the manager know, she told me that the someone was there to review their store a few days ago and everything was fine so in order to do anything about getting food poisoning was told we had to go to all our family doctors and get a diagnosis and paperwork that states we have food poisoning. My dad food poisoning is so bad (he has diarrhea to the extreme) so what is he suppose to do? Sit at the hospital and hope he doesn't get worse, well waiting for someone to diagnosis him? Would definitely not recommend.
