Update: I still had the sales experience bad but the service people are really good. Had good experience with Romina. They topped the oil low but quickly fixed the issue by towing it to their dealership and back. If the sales had been great I would have given a 5 starPast review: Didn't have a premium dealership experience. Total miscommunication and never got any answers back properly. I have to follow up myself and get things done.

We just bought our 2023 Mercedes GLA250 from Kevin Ngu. Great service from the moment we met him all the way to the day we picked up. He was very accommodating and helpful. Also I would like to mention Justin who was extremely knowledgeable showing us all the features of the car. And as well as Chris in Finance who was also very helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend all around, beautiful dealership, and friendly staff!

From the initial contact to the final fine details of the sale. Lucky was great to deal with. Cat, and Chris made my purchase easy and Painless and Getting the car experience shown by Sarah made it extra special! I would recommend this group to anyone I know.

I went to visit my buddy Kevin Ngu, and after finished chatting, I was going to order a taxi home, but he offered me to find a driver to drive me home, and I had no luck. All of the sudden, the service manager came to see Kevin, and Troy the service manager said he can offer me a ride home himself. I feel so surprised and appreciated, because he doesn’t know who I am. I mean this is a very good service and offer. They are so friendly, it is hard to find that in the service world nowadays. I will tell my friends to go to see them for sales and services. I think I will trade my Porsche to Mercedes in the future for that reason.

Booked a windshield replacement and was greeted warmly and professionally by staff. Shown loaner vehicle which was clean and lovely to drive. I asked for the work to be completed as soon as they could due to other commitments that I had throughout the day and they came up brilliantly! I was back in my car just over 3hrs later instead of end of day. This really helped a birthday celebration go much smoother. I am pleased to recommend MBHV as a dealership to other MB drivers. Brought my vehicle in for Service and Peter Sukhdeo was my Service Advisor. He was very efficient, listened to my concerns and addressed everything I brought up. Car was washed and ready to go at the end of the day and runs like a champ. Great service experience. A+++++ customer Service. Would recommend Peter as politician hes that good but hes my go to Service Advisor for all my car servicing needs. Did not disappoint unlike my wife every night -**update: she seen this review, Im now sleeping on the couch BUT my car is working amazing. Thanks Peter."

This was an amazing experience purchasing my first Mercedes Benz. I have made 2 vehicle purchases before this and hand down if you want the best experience in purchasing a vehicle, come to Heritage Valley!! Justin and Alex were absolutely wonderful with ensuring all the concerns and questions were answered. Cannot express enough, if you're looking at getting a new or used vehicle, after you tried the rest, come deal with the BEST!!!!!!!

Had a problem with my 9 month old 350GLE. They had it in, gave it a full diagnostic, kept it for a couple of days and sorted the problem and did something else under warranty while it was in that I didn't even know was an issue . I ask if they could do the A service and they told me it was too early it doesn't need to be done for 3 more months. I never feel like they would try anything on. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always very professional. I highly recommend Heritage Valley Mercedes-Benz.
