We purchased outdoor Phantom Screens through Steve at Buffalo Screen and Shade and couldn't be happier. Steve made the process as easy as possible during difficult times (Covid 19) and worked with us to make sure the timing of installation and payments worked for us. Now that they are in, the motorized exterior Phantom screens are AMAZING!. It feels like we have added an extra room to our home. Cooling and shading which can be customized to suit our needs is fantastic. Thank you Steve for a great experience and product!

I spoke with Steve Bacon on Tuesday morning, had an appointment by 1:00 the same day and the Phantom Door was installed on Friday.Excellent product, excellent service. Sam installed the door and was also excellent and professional. I will definitely use Buffalo Screen and Door for any further needs and most definitely will refer to our friends and family.

We got a vinyl screen from Steve and the experience was great. After a lengthly email conversation he came out to Rochester to look at what I wanted to accomplish. There was no sales pressure and no trying to up-sell me. We went over the options and placed the order with him. Once the screen arrived he came out and did the install. Steve is knowledgeable, friendly and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for screen.
