Just run away!! The “family business” can be rude to you, refuse to cancel your policy, threatening you with extra charges, refuse to give any explanation or even the right to speak to a manager because “we run the show” plus they hang up the phone in your face! And out of nowhere your mailed a charge you were not told about! Just avoid and run awayWorst experience in my life not just as an insurance company! I was humiliated and verbally assaulted

I am so happy I chose Canopy Insurance, as they've been amazing so far in helping me with all my needs! I've spoken to Peter, Loide & Selena on the phone, and they've all been super helpful and happy to answer questions! I definitely recommend Canopy, and prefer them over any previous insurance companies I was with. Not good relationships with them, less life and human factors understanding,only want money from you. Stay away guys and check with client's list of bad brokers and insurance companies and good recommended list.
