Very happy with the service from swgg today. The install was very professional and hassle free. I love my countertop even with the delays due to covid it was worth it!

April 24-Aug 2 start to finish from order to install. Pricing was reasonable for a roughly 50sqft quartz kitchen countertop and backsplash, especially since we saved the tax with their stick it the man" promo. It took 5 weeks from order to get the measurements done

Very pleased with final product, but getting there was a bit interesting. To my surprise, the installers had nothing with them to protect our hardwood floors from the rock salt on their boots and the wheels of their granite cart, so I had to rush to cover them with my own drop sheets before they brought in the second piece. The installers also forgot the small bridge piece for behind our slide in range, which is no big deal, but when the office called to schedule a return visit to install this last piece, they said I had to pay all but $200 of the balance before they’d come install the piece that they forgot the first time. Again, not a huge deal, but it meant another trip across town after work and seemed very unprofessional. Other than those issues, the countertop looks great, fit perfectly and only took about 2 months from purchase to install, which I am satisfied with since Christmas landed right in the middle of that time frame.

We had a great experience with SWGG! From our first visit at the Sarnia showroom to the install of our counter tops. Communication was amazing throughout the experience which is something we really appreciated. Candace, Jennifer, Kevin and the two men who install our counter tops were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend! Thanks again we are so in love with our counter tops!

This was our second experience with SW Granite. First was Chatham location and second here in Sarnia. Both times were fantastic.They were amazing to deal with on all parts of this. Kevin and Jen were lifesavers for this reno. After other trades gave constant covid 19 excuses. SW did the opposite. They were able to bump me up for the installation which made my timeliness for the other trades to finish. In fact were the only trade during the reno that was on point the whole time. The installers were great...seams were nice and hidden. I cannot say enough positives for this company. A huge thank you to Southwest Sarnia for actually going above and beyond. I know this review might be too positive..but after this reno, they deserve the credit.

If you choose SWGG you will not be disappointed! They completed my bathroom renovation 8 years ago and with no hesitation, I reached out to them for a quote to renovate my kitchen. Once again, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and gave me my dream kitchen, without breaking the bank! From beginning to end, every employee was professional and courteous. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was evident in the finished product. I am extremely happy with my bathroom and kitchen and would highly recommend them for your next renovation. Just had a new countertop installed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a great job. Had a small problem with one small piece but they quickly resolved the problem and manufactured a new piece. Would highly recommend them for your next project.

I think this place is great. It probably helps that when I'm walking in there I already know precisely what I want. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a small counter from them. Was given a two week turnaround and they had it ready in a week. I'd like to give them a bad reviews just so I can have them to myself, but that would be dishonest.
