Glad our HOA finally picked a company who is friendly and does the job right the first time. Would recommend again and again.

I have worked with Go Get Fred for years now at a variety of sites, and can not say enough good things about them. As a property manager of numerous communities, and a business owner myself, I have a lot of vendors and projects to juggle. I know whenever I call Go Get Fred with a problem they always have the solution. They make sure our pools are always looking their best and the equipment is working as it should. Just recently we had an emergency repair for a pool gate and Shane and his team coordinated all the repairs to ensure the pool remained secure and promptly had it fixed, all while keeping me in the loop with updates of progress. Simply the best in the business!

Horrible company with horrible customer service. My HOA has a service contract with this company and our pool has been closed since Memorial weekend because they won’t fix the problem. On initial start up they ran the pump with the filters removed and since then have repeatedly failed to fix the problem for 3 weeks. They have no showed multiple times and don’t seem to care whether they fix the problem or not.
