Be aware that even though there is a location in Oshawa, we were only allowed to pick up my father’s remains on Thursdays between 12-3:30 and we had to have an appointment. I think they preferred us to pick up in Toronto or pay the $150.00 to have my father shipped to us. It took almost a month after my father’s passing to pick up his remains. We were told he would be cremated on September 6th… we could not pick up his remains until September 22nd. Staff were polite, but were not very understanding, empathetic or caring as you would think would be needed in this profession.

I used Aftercare services for my wife's passing. I was very pleased with how they dealt with all the details of cremation.They were professional, thorough and friendly in dealing with a such a sensitive matter.Because of their kind help I will be using their services for myself. Thank you.
