I have been beyond impressed and humbled by the level of service and attention I always receive from Shauna and her team at Spotlight. From the time you step through the door you are personally greeted with a warm welcome and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you feel pampered, safe and relaxed while there. Products are top notch quality too! Dina will make sure that they are personalized for you! 10+/10 would recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves with any of their outstanding services.

I am a long-time client of Shauna's and Dina's. Spotlight has so many loyal clients thanks to their exceptional service. The spa/salon itself is beautifully decorated and creates a relaxing, luxurious environment for guests. My hair color and cut are always exactly to my liking - Shauna had an exceptional eye for color. Their facials are incredible - the staff take such care and the products are lovely! Dina is a skin magician! Spotlight is an absolute gem of a local business! Highly recommend!

Shauna and her team are always amazing! Every time I walk in the door at Spotlight I am greeted with a warm welcome and offered a beverage (they even have a licence to serve wine!!) I see Kelsey for my hair colour and style, she is fantastic! She understands how I want my hair, makes recommendations on what she thinks would look good, and ultimately makes me look great! I would highly recommend Spotlight, they have very friendly and talented staff, and an overall lovely environment!

Below is what I asked for, she said she could do it. I received blonde foils, absolutely no difference in my colour yet left with bad highlights on my roots. She then told me after I paid 220 that it is impossible to get this colour, which did not even include a trim or blow dry. Would not go again.
