I was happy when I bought my 2017 tucson I was dealing with serge but he ended up being just like all the other sales people once the sale is done he got your money thats it I tried to call him to make a another deal on a 2023 hyundai tucson never called me back so be careful if you deal with them I'm not impressed with the sales team at this place

Service was nice, the prices were OK. Though what they did give me as almost brand new tires" were actually fairly used

I had to stop there today to get help after a truck driver side swipped us and did not stop (some truck drivers are recjkless when passing). The gentleman at parts came out to look at our Tucson 2022 the mirrow was completely gone from the hit and run, damadge from the rear left up to the front fender. To continue our trip to Quebec we needed a mirror and the part gentleman found a mirror plate that we were able to tape to the mount part that was left. This allowed us to get to destination (Quebec city). Thank you to this gentleman from your team that went above and beyond to help us. Organized, competent staff. I switched over from Hyundai Vaudreuil Dorion which were the complete opposite and I'm glad I did.

Good stable team, with low turnover and good service. They have now moved into a spacious new facility so the experience should be even better.

My visit today took me by surprise... i worked in many dealerships and let me tell you that Hyundai Valleyfield raised high the standards. Their ture wearhouse is massive ... not to mention their automatic alignment diagnostic free to use machine. 2 thumbs up guys!!
