I didn't like that they wanted to charge me $20 extra because the tires I brought in were new that I bought on marketplace. If I bought the tires from them then it would have been cheaper to have them put on. They quoted me 120 thinking they were used tires and they did stick to the quote but the attitude of the guy was pretty bad. I live on 300 a week so the new tires was a big deal for me and getting the deal I got on marketplace was amazing they couldn't have matched it. I don't think I'll take my business there anymore. Because that policy just doesn't make sense to me. And I didn't like how I was treated.

Love my new tires. Took an hour and got my appointment in less than a week. Staff was friendly and funny. Being funny took the pain out of having to pay for 4 brand new tires lol

I had 4 tire changed over on our travel trailer. I was in & out of there in under 30 minutes.Pretty impressive as It was over 30 Degrees outside.Thanks guys!

I took my jeep in for an alignment and when it couldn’t be completed on the rear wheels due to work that was needed (the front wheels were completed) I was given a quote for how much it would be to fix the problems in order to complete the alignment, which I decided not to do. When I got there the man at the front desk was so kind and we spoke about my car and how much money we had already put in to it- he told me to put my card away and he didn’t want to charge me for half an alignment. Made my day. Thank you so much sir I wish I got your name <3

Highly recommend these guys. Did an unscheduled log truck tire replacement very quickly to ensure I made it before the unload site closed. An experienced friendly team. Thanks so much guys for the excellent service!

Took my truck in for a wheel balance. Seemed like good service. Waited in the waiting area and after about an hour I looked outside and saw my truck parked outside, so I went over to the counter and asked the technician who was busy on the computer if my truck was ready and her answered yes

A BIG shout out to Dustin and the crew at KalTire (Enderby). I’m a transporter and had a puncture in my tire, Dustin took went above and beyond to get me in even during a very busy day at their shop. He all ensured I was completely looked after. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly.

Went in to have some new tires mounted on my truck they said they where booked for the week, that's fine I thought, big guy behind the desk told me if I give him $100 bribe he can get me in same day, nah I don't work that way bud I'll take my business elsewhere. Went into Armstrong stopped at the Esso, they put my tires on right away and I was out of there in 30 minutes. I wasn't expecting to get in the same day but I sure don't like being asked for extra money to get in faster ahead of people who are already booked ahead of me.

Did not even want to check our van quickly , just 4 people standing behind the desk and don't have any clients in the garage. Let us drive away with a seized tire if we would of had diagnostic we couldve fixed it ourselfs on the same day , we are hundreads of miles from home. I was told not to go to kal tire I shouldve listend.

Our appointment for a tire change was scheduled for 3pm, we arrived 5 minutes early and were told it would only take 45 minutes at most. Almost an hour later the car had yet to go into the garage. Nearly 2 hours later we're still sitting in the parking lot waiting. Terrible service, terrible organization, and terrible time management.
