I ordered a liner for my kids birthday party the coming weekend and needed it urgently, they had my liner to me within 3 days. Also, the person on the phone made my life easy and was very accommodating by answering all of my questions.

Purchased a pool with this company,fittings were so cheap had to replace almost all of them,than upon delivery the wrong parts were sent,they had the nerve to say they sent replacement parts on there watch hmm was I supposed to pay the bill for there mistake when I have the installer here funny thing is I still said thank-you, BEWARE please I don't want anyone else getting burned,my skimmer cracked this winter I sent pictures the pool was closed professionally 1st I was told the 1 year warranty is only good till end of year so I bought the pool July 2022 so warranty ended dec 31st 2022 which I thought was hilarious,than they said ice damage was the cause meanwhile it was open so water would never even be near it as it was cracked under the ledge didn't even get wet let alone freeze,please don't buy there save yourself from getting totally ripped of on junk they promised to provide me a number to contact the manufacturer not even a response back what a completely horrible nightmare,so less than a year this garbage cracked because it is so cheap and thin and they blamed it on me absolutely sick to my stomach and will do whatever I possibly can to stop this from happening to someone else as you can see in the picture you tell me how it's possible for water damage what a bunch of losers

Similar to other persons comments, the lady on the phone was rude, and short. She gave the impression that she couldn't be bothered to be on the phone and take an order, just being on the phone was a huge inconvenience to her. We had phoned in after ordering the deluxe package to confirm they had the pool, (after getting burnt from another provider previously). She replied if it's on the website they have it!, I said you have this pool and we can get one, she said yes.Fine, I asked if the Bottom rails were resin, she said no but you can upgrade, I said sure, she said she was too busy and would send us an email. Okay sounds good. 2 days went by and we heard nothing so phone in again, same lady. I wanted to upgrade to resin bottom rails and order a few other things as well, she asked why I didn't upgrade on the website, and I said it never gave me the option in the deluxe package but the basic package did, we decided best to cancel the order , and I would reorder everything thru the basic package. All is fine. over a week gos by, they charged the credit card, but still have not processed the order. I phoned in again to make sure all was good, well it wasn't, the lady started to get mad at us on the phone, saying noneof it was going to happen, they didn't have the pool that we ordered, said they could do a smaller one, then changed their mind on that, almost yelling at us on the phone saying it wasn't going to happen, they didn't have half of the supplies needed, then started got even angrier that we ordered the basic package, and we cherry picked the order???...that's what we talked about on the phone the week prior... Who gets mad at a customer for ordering something that they sell??? I could understand if we were rude and short, but we weren't, we were asking what they did have to see if we scramble something together. It was overall just such a BIZARRE customer experience,To anyone who reads this, go to Pool Supplies Canada. Their customer service is AWESOME!!!

I placed an order from the website and ran into a couple issues on my end. I was able to call in and make the adjustment . The lady i spoke to over the phone and over email was very professional even after i had to change my order. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and i was very pleased .

I am going to give double 5 stars. Our story. My Dad passed before Christmas. My mom decided late in the summer she wanted to get her above ground pool back in shape. The liner needed to be replaced. Because of Covid it was impossible to find one until I stumbled upon PTL Direct. My email was answered immediately. Unfortunately because I live in Toronto and Mom in Keswick I wasn’t able to have all the specs of the liner. Not only was my email answered Kristina followed up with a phone call. Unfortunately due to my schedule I couldn’t speak directly with Kristina. The girl I spoke with was kind friendly and super helpful. It was difficult trying to figure out what my mom needed since I could not see the liner. Anyway it was suggested I get someone to take a picture. I sent the picture and Kristina knew exactly what was needed. 48 hours later the liner arrived via courier. Bravo PTL for your great customer service and fast shipping. The liner is a great quality and looks fantastic. Thank you again

Ok so I had to come and update this reviewI had no problem with the pool it self butA Few weeks after Gordon installed my pool the plumbing from the pool to the pump started leaking. I called and my husband was instructed to go to YouTube to fix the problem. We made do with the leak for the season. Once again we open the pool this season with bigger leaks. Gordon and Mike continue to ignore our calls and texts. His workmanship and customer service is very poor and unprofessional. We now had to pay another company to redo the plumbing. I hope PTL would stop recommending them for installation:)

Super happy with my entire transaction from calling in to get information to delivery of my purchase. The lady on the phone was extremely informative and helpful. All of my questions were answered and helped me make a decision on a pool. I purchased the deluxe package and cannot say enough about how complete it was. We have everything we needed to get our pool up and to close it down. I highly recommend PTL Direct

Our experience with this Company was fantastic. Kristina was business like, understood what we were looking for, and delivered the kit right to our door. The swimming pool looks great!
