UGG McArthur Glen

The store manager is really some piece of work…. The rudest one is her and she completely has zero idea on herself. I can tell she treated her employees with zero good attitude.

Both my mother and I had 100+% service. Mom slippers and I bought boots for roomie....texted pic ( she didn't like ) RTD a few hrs later........next day roomie texted she liked ( mixed communication with pictures lol ) I called the store back....I was remembered because of the customer service and that I was so disappointed thinking she didn't like . The associate went and found them and. Put on hold for me . We r out of town and so ii had to be sure she likes......I am an extremly happy customer. Thank u ... Xmas shopping is done!

One star is too much because of one of the staff or may be the manager ( not sure) there. She is so rude and impatient and not even answering any questions. And if she is answering a question, it is either s yes or a no, and she is not even looking at you. I seriously wanted to buy two pairs of shoes for my kids. I ended up put everything away and leave.

I called this store 15 times not once there was an answer ! I understand they may be busy but at least once they could answer the phone.

Went into the store to look for a gift for my girlfriend, staff was very attentive and helpful. Store seems to be clean and organized also, will definitely come back.

Never have what I want in stock and staff far from helpful. I do not like shopping at the outlet store at McArthur Glen and will continue to purchase my UGG online. Too bad.

Like the other reviewer said, they just look at customer as a suspicious thief. I came for a return with my friend and they wouldn’t let us out because we were wearing UGGs and they thought we stole it from there and they were pointing at our shoes and speaking in their language (not sure but maybe Mandarin). Everyone was staring at us it was so humiliating.

the sales associate yelled at me. I don't know if that was just the way she spoke. She also ordered me to show the shoes that i want to exchange. They are very rude and I hope their customer service will get better in the future. Their products are good and also the prices are a steal but the attitudes of the sales associate, even the manager are not nice.

At around 12:30pm today on December 28th I was walking around the UGG store at Mc Arthur Glen looking for some boots. I fit the youth sizes so I was pulling out the boxes to look for my size. As I was looking I pulled out 3 boxes that I kept in my hand stacked nicely and I pulled out my size (3Y). A worker in a purple track suit came up to ask if I needed any help. I thanked her told her that I was alright and I could find my size on my own. She then began to reach over me and rearrange the boxes that I was touching and did not even care to say excuse me or wait until I was finished. I told her I would put everything back the way it was and she completely ignored me. I work in retail as well so I understand the hardships of fixing everything on the floor and having the customers mess everything up so I made sure to clean up after myself. I then proceeded to walk away to look at other shoes and she came back from a different isle to go and fix “my mess”. As I was looking at other shoes (that I did not touch, just look) she proceeded to watch me and stare me down right next to me without saying anything. This was truly such an annoying and unecessary experience. I put back the shoes that I was going to purchase as I did not intent to spend money at a store that has workers who treat their customers in such a way. I felt unwelcomed, rushed and watched the whole time I was in this store. No sale would make me want to spend my money here. I will definitely not be returning. You need to educate your workers on what good customer service is.

The store manager Alice is impossibly rude as I couldn't believe. I was over charged by $30, and she was teaching the cashier how to do the refund with great anger. She was extremely impatient and yelling at the cashier in front all the customers. When I asked if the refunded amount was tax included or not, the store manager stared and rolled her eyes on me and phewed on me. but did not say anything to answer my question. After the transaction was done, only the cashier cared to explain to me how was everything. Very bad experience, I hope UGG will take this seriously.
