Called OneCall in to rehab my my mother's back yard. They were quick to respond to all inquiries and once the quote had been agreed upon they had a four man crew out with in a week.Huge areas of gardens were weeded, trees trimmed, an area prepped for a shed with flag stones laid and a prefab shed built. Interlocking patio was power washed and a deck stained.They were professional and kindto my mum.Blair was on top of everything and kept both me and my mother in the loop.We are already planning jobs for next year.Thanks so much for making it possible for my mum to be happy to spend time in her backyard again.

I used OneCall for property maintenance while away for the winter and was very happy with them. They did a very good job keeping my driveway and sidewalk snow and ice free, regularly communicating with me while away about any storms including sending pictures of the property after snow removal. I'll gladly use them again in future winters.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by the contractor. I had done quotes and spoken to numerous services before but these guys really impressed me. They are responsive and family friendly, completely easy to work with if there are any requests or questions; and they are definitely the type that you want to keep close to as partners. I would definitely go back to them for everything i need to do and get all my friends to use them when they need it. I thought i had a rather difficult renovation project ahead of me but i was proved wrong! Everything was planned carefully and professionally and i just fell in love with the style they gave my home. They made a project that could have turned into a disaster, a piece of cake! Very reliable and detail-oriented people.Exceptional work and customer service skills, i couldn't have asked for a better company and renovation experience. We live in Hespeler, Cambridge. Blair and his team did an amazing job on fixing our driveway, replacing and installing the downspouts, fixing siding, yard clean up, and eavestrough cleaning. He was always on time and friendly. Blair is kind and reliable. He takes the time to listen and does not rush you. Blair also recommended someone on his team to get the foundation parging, mortar fixing, and brick pointing. Everything was done well! Brandco prices are affordable and the workmanship is excellent. Brandco is honest in thier pricing and they only charge for work completed. We would highly recommend Blair and Brandco.

The OneCall Property Services Team put a concrete pad in front of our shed and built a concrete patio at the back of our house.
