5 stars!!!! Amazing customer service! Answered all my question quick and effectively! Always have deals going on in the store with is just great! Make sure to FIST BUMP all the employees! 5/5 would recommend this store for great customer service

Not at all impressed with this store as a Funko Pop! dealer. When you first see their collection it looks impressive until you realize there’s like 15 copies of each one and they have only 10 different ones for sale. They put labels on the bottoms of the boxes and then some had clearance price labels and then some had giant $5 stickers on the cellophane windows that doesn’t peel off cleanly. It’s like they don’t even understand Funko collectors at all. They get you all excited about getting Hot Topic cash and then you read the fine print and you can’t use it on almost any worthwhile Funko pops. Ordered online from them ONCE and they didn’t even process the order for a week not to mention ship it. Fun.com and 7bucksapop.com have it to me in a week in Canada from the US.

they were really nice because they were super polite and kind with their words. They were helping me find the best deals for buying jewelry and ended up paying only $20 out of $36, it might not seem like much but it really helped me a lot!

I was there with my friend around 5:20 pm today(8 may) - dont know the name of the person working but she was extremely rude….so rude that we had to leave the store! We were looking at some tshirts nd we did unfold one or two to see the design (btw we did fold them back )….she saw us goes back behind the counter nd starts talking to one of the customer and says “ i have never been so unhappy with a customer, they unfolded my shirt” nd she is saying this knowing i can clearly hear herWhen we asked about the try room she yelled that store closes in 25 minutes so she cannot open them.Her behaviour was very very disrespectful. I would never want anyone to be treated that badly by this associate.Someone needs to coach her on her behaviour.Please dont go and try to touch any shirts or she might yell at u …

Employee Kayla Sosa goes above and beyond to help customers and make their shopping a good experience. Very good with her social skills. 10/10 and by far the best service received from anyone in the entire mall.

Tried to purchase items from this store and when it came to paying they didn't take cash?Ridiculous!Read on the bank notes, it says legal tender".Needless to say I didn't complete the purchase."

I don't ever write Google reviews, but I absolutely had to express my love for this store. I have been to Hot Topic locations all around North America, but nothing can compare to this location. Legit the nicest people ever in here. Pretty much all the employees know my name and it's just such a cool store. Pretty small location but that does not stop me from going in there. Maggie (girl with lots of tattoos and dyed hair) and Kayla (girl with dyed hair and piercings) are like my best friends and they are like the sweetest people I have ever met and they are so kind and helpful. Whenever they are working, they always stop what they are doing to come chat about anything, rather it's the most random things, bands, or makeup, I will normally spend 15-30 minutes talking. Been to many different smaller stores like this and never has this level of friendship with anyone working in the store. 10/10 to this store and go check them out when this staying at home order goes off. Legit missing them so much and can't wait to talk with you all again <3

One of my favorite places to browse with the kids! They as well as myself really enjoy looking through this store as they have a variety of things such as clothes, pins and jewelry. I like their unique style of clothing & jewelry. The staff have anyways been very friendly and I really appreciate that these days.

I just wanted to call out the AMAZING customer service I was given when shopping here recently. I was blown away by the upbeat atmosphere of the store, as well as the personable, professional, and knowledgable staff. Thank you, Kayla, for being an incredible representative for your store. It is rare to see this caliber of customer service. VERY IMPRESSED.

Pretty decent collection of pop culture merch from stuff like anime, cartoons, alternative fashion, and music. The store itself is tiny and can get cramped when it's busy. The staff is usually pretty friendly.
