I bought a purple Samsung flip Z3 phone which I couldn't find anywhere else in town. The staff went out of their way to ensure I receive the exact model and colour I wanted. In addition, they gave me very useful help as I chose Christmas gifts for my teenage kids, who found it very interesting. Many thanks to the staff, you are all the best when it comes to serving your customers.

I bought an iPhone 13 Max Pro today. Moving my account over to Virgin is so fast and easy. I have changed cellular network a few times. This my best and easiest experience. Good job The Source!!

I had a pick up order with my email, order number, my id and my dad's who was ordering for his in laws for gifts. Order was under his name and the staff refused to release the order since my dad was not present. However, in the pick up order email, it says identification required" but nowhere does it say the person whose name is on the order has to be present.I had to contact customer service to ask the manager to release the package

I had a very positive experience today with a sales associate today. Not only was Robert knowledgeable and patient, he was attentive and determined to help.me find the product I was looking for. He also took the time to call and try to locate an unique coaxial coupler and even tried to search on the internet for me. I highly commend him for his professionalism and super great service! Robert if you're reading this, I appreciated your help and thank you so much again.

I purchased two items here. I returned one product that did not work out of the box (the return and refund was easy). 1 month after the purchase of a 15$ charging cable, it does not function anymore on any device, for the price I feel it was a poor-quality product. I felt put off in store when the staff were asking how much I pay for my cell phone service and asked what cell phone I owned- I had never inquired for such services or products. I found this rude.

My wife had a deal set up days prior for us to get 4 new phones, with watches. When we walked into the store, all of a sudden, they said we owed $280 on a bill they couldn't say any information about from 2018. They tried to scam us for $280 even though we have been talking prior for this deal to go through, and everything was finalized. This happened on December 18th. Instead of honoring there end of the deal they agreed to, they tried to scam us last minute, thinking we'd give them more money. Not a trustworthy scammers, stay away.

After a frustrating experience yesterday at another Park Royal store trying to setup a prepaid phone for my Mom we went to The Source. Gurjot Kingra has so helpful and knowledgeable and had us sorted out really quickly. Thank you!
