I had a problem with my laptop's battery. The problem was fixed professionally and quickly. I am very satisfied with the service and performance.

The story is that my office's PC collapsed a couple of days ago which is essential to me to run the business. I toke it to the different places to fix it but I am said in all it will take at least 3 business days to let me know what the problem is after different diagnoses process. Fortunately I found this place and took my computer there and surprisingly after about 1 hour and 45 minutes the PC was ready to pick up with a reasonable cost. Afshin is a professional and capable person with a high level of business ethics. I strongly recommend this place.

We had a networking problem with our Quickbook program in the accounting department. We called Afshin from PC Doctor; he came on time and did not waste our time. We are very pleased with the service and expertise in fixing our networking and updating our system. He also provided helpful tips on computing and back up and wireless systems. If you need a good IT computer repair and support business, I will recommend him. He is quick and professional with a reasonable rate.

Once again Afshin was quick to address my emergency, diagnose it quickly and fix it so that I could get back to work on my laptop within 24 hours. I had a laptop issue with Afshin. It was my first time calling in and going to his store as I'm new to the area. My laptop battery was bulged and without hesitation, he took it out as it's a fire hazard. He gave some sound advice in resolving the issue.I'll be back in the future. This is the second time I had my 13 year old desktop fixed by PC Doctor since 2019. More than He has done great professional job on my computer , he is also a very generous- hearted person . On Sep 30 I called him out of his business hour and he has left his shop for awhile in rush hour but he still came back in 15 mins to get it done with my computer . I was very impressed and appreciated it !I trust PC Doctor and will always be his royal customer .

Went to couple other places to get my broken laptop screen fixed and got the runaround.PC doctor was straightforward and got it fixed within a day.Great service! Will go back again.

I recently had my computer hacked. I took it in the PC Doctor (recommended highly by my neighbours). Afshin said that it would be best to completely wipe the computer and install Windows again, which he did. He kept everything from my desktop and set it up again exactly how it looked before. He also included a list of all of the programs that were installed (I had a lot of them) so that I would know which of my programs to install again. And since that time, I've emailed him 2 or 3 times with questions which he answered in a timely manner, and what he emailed fixed whatever problem I was having. It almost feels like we are friends now. He's my geek extrodinare" as I refer to him as now. I highly recommend high for whatever pc problems that you might have."

Had a great experience here. The owner was super friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He identified the problem, got a good price on replacement parts, and installed them. He also gave my case a much needed deep clean, repaired some ancient damage to some external ports, and met me well after hours to let me pick it up.
