Align Orthodontics Edmonton

The staff is friendly and the service is great, but my god. Every time we have an appointment (and we’ve been coming here for years) it’s a 20-30 minute wait. Why make appointments at all? We miss school and work to come here, so some consideration for our time would be awesome.

Been with Align for over a year now and it has always been a phenomenal experience every visit! Every front end receptionist is a joy to speak with time and time again, very informative and flexible with scheduling for follow up appointments! All of the ortho assistants are absolute delights to work with and talk with on various topics! Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered (Shayla, Alexis, Carrie and Dr. Major were proper joyful to converse with as per usual). Happy to be with Align Orthodontics.

We drive in from east of Edm. When a power outage happened at the Sh Park clinic, the Edm branch was able to accomodate us later in the day to save us another drive. The staff were considerate in all communication. I was impressed with the great customer service, especially with these high gas prices! Thank you Align :)

Been a patient for over 20 years years, have gone back to twice to have damage I did to my retainer fixed. Worth the drive even though I no longer live in Mill Woods/Meadows. Christy is super friendly!

We were very happy with our free initial consultation at Align. All of the staff members were great with our five year old. We left feeling fully informed about our child's condition and the treatment options. Plus, we received a letter recapping all of it the same day.

I’ve been going to align for about 3 years for both myself and my 2 kids. They have such helpful staff and are quick to respond with any question I may have about my treatment plans. Dr. Hesse is very knowledgeable and pleasant as well as the assistants and coordinating staff! I would highly recommend align!

I was an adult patient and went for the free consultation. The experience was excellent — from the thorough history taking and imaging, to the communication. I have been to three orthodontics offices in my life and this was by far the best. The doctor actually diagnosed my open bite properly for the first time in over a decade (after multiple dentists and another orthodontist). He was honest, and explained that orthodontics might temporarily help but what actually needed to be done was jaw surgery. He told me that it was optional, and I did not feel pressured at all. I left choosing not to seek any treatment, and am exceedingly grateful that I wasn’t lied to or given false hope. I’m sure many other orthodontists would have taken my money and said braces would fix it. I highly recommend this clinic and location. Thank you again!

Unfortunately, this office is an administrative and scheduling nightmare. Multiple extra charges put through on my credit card unauthorized after the contract was paid in full. Promises of reimbursement going back to December but unfortunately just excuse after excuse after excuse for not refunding itIf scheduling flexibility and being on time is important, this might not be the office for youContacted by office on Friday. No resolution on refunding unauthorized charges and overpayment.
