I have been dealing with the Genatec team for the better part of almost 9 years. Their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of service are next to none. They take care of us as if it were their own business. I have read the previous reviews and find myself scratching my head. Not only have I been dealing with Genatec for well over 10 years but had occasion to use their services just this past week. I have used them in both my professional office and in my business. Their employees (and this includes Sam) have always been courteous and more than helpful. My problems have always been resolved quickly and efficiently and cost effectively.....even to the point of purchasing my recent laptop from them at a price competitive with the large retail outlets.

The team at Genatec really knows how to treat people well. What I like most about Genatec is that they take a preventative approach. Although they can fix your IT issues, their aim is to prevent you from having issues in the first place. In a time where your tech is mission critical and cyber security is paramount you really need to act in your client's best interest and put their needs first. This is what Genatec does every day. Highly recommend.
