Had the worst experience at budget. I’ve rented cars so many times and this was by far the worst experience ever. Navya was honestly awful, so unhelpful and had such poor customer service. I will never come back to this location and likely never rent from budget entirely. The girl charged my car and then didn’t know how to reverse it and made me call customer service to resolve the issue only to be redirected back to the employee. Then at the end of it the girl gave me a car that was parked behind 4 other cars so I couldn’t even leave. This location sucks honestly. Avoid!

Hated my experience with Budget. Going to use Enterprise from now on. Terrible customer service, they denied me my rental because they couldn’t understand that drivers licenses from outside of Nova Scotia look different.
