Really great experience working with Brianny at Instabox! We needed to get custom presentation mailer boxes made and they turned out fantastic. Brianny was great to communicate with and gave us good guidance throughout the process. We'll definitely be back when we need more boxes.

if you can find any alternative suppliers, don't order from Uline. Their customer serives team will respond quickly, but with no efficiency. I order two locker from Uline recently. After spending many hours tried to assemble them, i found out both lockers are defect items. The customer services representative suggested I order two more lockers and hoping out of the parts from 4 units, I can assemble two usable lockers and send back whatever is leftover. Each lockers take 200 screws to assemble and the manual is no where near sufficient. So after all this extra work and time consuming process, all Uline can offer is $100 in-store credit and $84 of original shipping cost.Also, some pictures does not match with item itself. Be careful.

Enough good things can not be said about InstaBox. Eva and her whole team are incredible and are there to hold you hand every step of the way. Their customer service is top notch! Even when we had a competitor try and steal our business, InstaBox stepped up to the plate for us and made our boxes and experience even better! We have done well over 10k boxes with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom made and printed boxes!

Thank you David for your kindness and generosity towards making the last day of an exceptional year very memorable for students. The students enjoyed embellishing their suitcases with symbols from the communities they studied and the boxes were the perfect size to transport all their hard work from the year. There are huge smiles behind those masks and boxes!

This was my first experience purchasing custom boxes and found it to be a bit of difficult experience not knowing the technical aspects, difference in pricing etc. David was extremely helpful and gave me a call and spent the time to answer my questions so I understood what I wanted / needed. He was also extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience. Not only this, I couldn't find a better price anywhere. Would definitely recommend.
