I have had the wonderful good fortune of being accepted at this clinic last spring. It was just in the nick of time. I have generally been quite healthy and rarely need to see a physician but a number of fractures and a few health issues came up right after I had been registered in this clinic. I was so grateful to have access to this clinic. I have seen a number of nurses and nurse practitioners and I am so impressed with the professional and friendly care that I have received from each of the medical staff here. I have had same day appointments when I had serious health concerns which due to receiving prompt care were alleviated quickly. I cannot believe my luck in finding such a facility during this time of lack of access to medical help. I have rarely received the kind of care that I get at Health Care on Yates. A big thank you to all the professionals as well as the support staff in this clinic. We need more clinics like this.

From the front desk staff to the Nurse Practitioners and everyone in between this clinic is phenomenal.I find they have a progressive and positive approach to healthcare. I am so grateful to be in their care.

My husband is a newer patient at HCOY and his experience has been excellent. Staff staff at the front, the RNs and NPs are quick to respond, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I am so pleased that he is a patient here! Thank you and special thank you to RN Sara for suggesting he apply to be a patient after his family doc closed his practice.

I am so grateful for this clinic, after being without a primary care physician for a number of years, certain aspects of my health had deteriorated. Being taken on as a patient in this clinic has saved my life, my health issues are now much better managed. We need more of these clinics in the city, I have had some of the best healthcare of my life here.

I was shocked!Lynn Guengerich... Nurse...We came to get quality service from a nurse, and as a result, for half an hour, we listened to her grumbling about the fact that we all come here and ask for a service, but it distracts her. From what? From playing Tetris?Like she's doing us a favor...No - I pay taxes and she is obliged to provide us with a service!We did not ask her opinion about where and how we should go and what specialists to contact.We only had to check the child's condition and get a prescription for medicines.If there were such nurses in our medicine, I would be the first to vote for paid medicine! I wouldn't pay a dime to a nurse like that!

Fantastic compassionate comprehensive care , these people really go the extra mile for their patients, very knowledgeable and professional.

I have started working with this clinic and so far it has been exceptional. Fast quick appointments and going the extra mile. If my practitioner isn’t available then a colleague often is. Very helpful and highly recommend.
