Great food! Fresh meat and vegetables. Not a bad variety of sushi. Been here few times and everything has been fine until today.... Besides that the food is good , the place became super dirty.... this is going to be my only reason not coming back.If you like to eat in a clean restaurant, this place is not for you. It’s too pricy.

My best advice for those considering to spend their money here is don’t. There are plenty of better Korean BBQ places that are clean and give value for the money you spent. The drink menu was dirty (pictured) during a global pandemic, table had not been wiped down properly upon arrival, mirror next to our was filthy which shows they don’t care for cleanliness, there were bits floating in our waters and the cups were very dirty, made me lose my appetite. On top of this all, the manager was extremely rude and aggressively dropped our food on the table saying we ordered too much and would be charged for unfinished portions (which is fine but we always order the same amount at KBBQ and finish it all no problem. He could have been more professional in his mannerism). The shrimp is not depooped, the short ribs were very fatty and the calamari inedible. Oysters were unclean. Overall, extremely disappointed with service, food quality and lack of cleanliness. Stay away!

First time attending an establishment with this conceptual flare!!Though it took a while for the grill to warm before our food arrived- once it did it was well worth it :)Lots of meat; if you are carnivores then you'll love it!!! ❤I enjoyed the concept and the Chapman's ice cream as the treat.Definitely will return again

Beautiful place to dine in. The one server for our table was really helpful throughout the time and constantly made sure that we got what we want. Amazing service. Food was great too. However price was a bit high. Definitely worth trying out.

Good food and was seated quickly during the weekday as a party of 1. I went here hoping for sashimi but that is only available on the weekend menu apparently. I would of tipped them 15%, however their pre set gratuity is 12% which I think is kind of a cheeky move and makes people not feel inclined to tip them more than the minimum. Food was prepared well, and service became better once a younger gentlemen came out of nowhere and started serving/taking care of everybody. Overall a decent experience.

In short: I loved this place!This place was really great!Everything was great, the food, staff, atmosphere, and every other aspect of this all you can eat restaurant.Food: 5/5The food was great. Great selection of meat, seafood, veggies, and a bit of sushi. The cooking part is on you, so that aspect varies. During my personal experience it was really good.Staff: 6/5Literally the best staff ever. They were super friendly and attentive. They had a great energy, even during busy times. They were super friendly, and they were very attentive. Whenever we needed help they were there.Decor: 5/5Really great decor. Very beautiful.One thing I should add:There's a 'unique' way that tips work here.

Not welcoming at the host station , waited long to get seat even if the restaurant had seats , in happy staff , no smiling servers !When it come to food it makes up for everything , selection is very good and concept is great !Marinated beef was my favourite with pineapple n shrimps . Mussels were a delight too !Smoke from the grill is uncomforting and a better exhaust system is required to keep fresh n clean air !Overall a good experience!

This is the review for Chaka Mississauga.I went there for lunch and the place looks run down. The last time i went was in Markham and it was alot nicer and cleaner.The blinds where dusty and greasy. The food was good with variety. But i thought it was rather pricey for lunch. For two people i cost us $100. including tips and taxes. I never looked at the breakdown on the bill but it did not make sense to me.After i left i calculated buffet was 35.99 x 2 and i ordered 1 coke($3.50). Plus if you pay cash u get 10% off.would be $67.93 after the 10% off x 13% HST = $76.76.The waiter told me the bill was $89 after the 10% off and i gave him $11.00 tip. i was in a hurry so i never questioned the bill. To this day i don’t know how it was 89$.Anyhow i don’t think its worth the money for this price. Hence only 4 tables was occupied during the time we were there for lunch. Make it a habbit to Check your bill before you pay.
