I have had a great experience usually I don’t give any review but I really liked the friendly staff and quality of the food every time I visit so I have to post a good review to appreciate them .. I got served by Rupinder She helped me nicely talked for my big order.. she explained me the thing when I had a question about an burger.. thank you so much for the great help and serving on Wednesday 20 July at 1.30pm…My child was so happy with his food as well.. great great great.

So what is the point of making online mobile order if they made us wait for another 20 mins?? I can totally understand the system missed the online order and the staff were busy, but it doesn’t mean that we should be waiting for another 20 mins there.

Was very surprised, but this A&W has probably the fastest service I've ever experienced from one. Especially as someone who was ordering the Beyond Burger, I'm used to being told please wait 10 minutes for the Beyond" but with these guys it wasn't said and they had me my order in around 3-5 minutes.Staff is also very friendly and the food was the great quality I expect from A&W."

Depending on the time of day, the service can be surprisingly fast! Was very pleased with speed of service at my most recent visit. Prices are slightly high but pretty reasonable since the food is definitely better quality than other fast food places.

Mozza Burger tastes fresh and great but the chips was the star. Crunchy shell with fluffy mash potato inside. Combo cost $14.03

Absolutely always regret coming into this location but was looking for a quick cheap breakfast and its near home. Walked out as the cashier listed all of the options that were unavailable. Avoid this location if you can.

I have been in the Fast Food Service Industry for 44 years and still going strong. I work in a burger place as well, but on my days off I always come to your Richmond Center location. You have the most pleasant, happy staff I have ever had the pleasure of serving me. They are consistent in serving everyone with a smile. I didn't look at name tabs but they are all great. Makes my day happier when they serve me. Good job in hiring such competent staff ❤

I had very pleasant and lovely experience today. We tried nashville burger was sooo yummy and crispy and fries too girl at front staff RUPINDER she's just so nice and such a friendly personality. I never felt this welcomed at any restaurant before❤️

The food at A&W Richmond is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared. I love the service of this place. Me and my friend visited A&W yesterday and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. So I highly recommend this place. Legitimately the best restaurant around richmond.
