the owner of this company is a jerk... he is rude to talk to , has no compassion of us in need.. his worker is awesome but he has done all he can and even says the owner should come and check on it himself . we have had nothing but problems with the system that they have offered us many yrs ago... i think they just want us to buy something new instead of renting , but why would we buy when there equipement is no good, then we have to pay every time they had to come out to fix it , we are not stupid.. so be aware of this company ...

I can't say enough about the team at Water Elite in Chatham. Ihad many uestions regarding a softener for my house. After testing results confirmed what I already assumed (very hard well water) I was given several options and had everything explained to me in a way I could understand. After selecting the appropriate unit, the installation team arrived axactly when promised. They were polite, professional and did and outstanding job. I could not be happier!

these guys are awsome this is my second year with them never had a problem with system. They called and reminded me of filter change. very poliet on phone. came and changed filter same week. they were few min early so wasnt waiting all day. easy payment for them to change filter all had to do was call in my visa didnt even have to leave house to pay. answered all my questions. great serviouse

Best place in CK to get top notch water. I never knew how much their attention to detail makes a difference with our coffee in our coffee bar. Their water has brought the flavours of our drinks to new heights. Thanks Bob!
