Spencer and Bobbie handled the sales and financial side of business with professionalism and a level of customer care that you can only find in a small city/town. For my service requirements, Blake provided me with support that went way beyond the norm.Overall, I'm extremely happy that I decided to purchase a Kia from Cold Lake and I feel that the Kia staff were honest and genuine.I highly recommend this dealer.

We bought our 2009 Yukon in December from Ester at KIA Cold Lake. She was absolutely fantastic and very informative. After having both our vehicles break down on us in the space of a few weeks we needed a replacement that was affordable and fit our family needs. The garage and parts staff are awesome. Rodney and Blake are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Always ready to assist with your vehicle or RV. But the best part is the four legged staff members. The dogs give Cold Lake Kia the comfortable feeling of dealing with a family, not a business.

I've been going to Kia for a number of years, and you can't beat their customer service. My car was recently making some concerning noises and they managed to take a look at it a few days after I called (even though they were quite busy). The guys at front desk were super helpful at explaining why my car was making strange sounds and everyone is so friendly! Whenever friends or family are looking to buy a vehicle, I'm always recommending Kia because of their great service.

Bobbie has got to be the most down to earth, relatable, and personable salesperson I have ever dealt with. There was no BS and no upselling. We told her what we wanted, and she told us exactly what the real availability was and got us into a car that fit all of our needs in a timely manner despite the global shortage. She is a people person, and the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. Financing options and prices at Kia are unbeatable.

The service department is good overall, fair work for a fair price. For some reason unbeknowest the sales side has become too overpriced for my budget.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager Mallory as well as the owner, which I think was Spencer. Little back story I was having issues with my AC on my brand new vehicle. Each year I would have to come in and have them look at it because it wasn’t working the way it should. I was told I should call this 1-800 number and generate a complaint because every time I brought it in they couldn’t find the issue. Well when it happened again this year I was getting quite frustrated. Eventually my warranty would run out and this would be an issue that would be a reoccurring cost to me. I felt horrible that my vehicle was purchased under old ownership and that they had to take this on but Spencer and Mallory exceeded my expectations and made sure to find the issue and have my vehicle booked in for it to be resolved. Thank you so much for taking the time to resolve this.

Super happy with my experience at Kia Cold Lake!!Kayla did everything in her power to make my experience with Kia outstanding! Even though my vehicle was ordered and it was a bit of a wait to get it in, I was updated every step of the way! I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage X-Line, and she was super informative and really helped getting me comfortable with my new SUV. As this was my first financed vehicle, both Kayla and Kaitlyn did whatever they could to get me into my new ride & I still couldn't be happier! 10/10 recommend❤️
