I own an Asus laptop that had the casing around the screen break at the base, couldn’t close it, duct taped it to keep it from falling apart. Screen was fine but Best Buy wanted to send to head office with 2-3 week repair schedule - so no laptop. Base cost from Best Buy was $100 to start, then whatever the actual cost would be, no promises.Brought it in to this guy, got evaluated, ordered the part from China, brought it back once the part was in and SM Fixed it in 30 minutes.Cost me $140 with some effort and saved paying $699 for a new equivalent, same model.These are the guys we need to restore gear- as a small business at a critical point, made all the difference. It’s like I have new laptop and didn’t have to restore all my software configurations.

An excellent service. Dewan (the shop owner and tech repair guy) was very nice and was able to tell us the cost and time for the repair right away. He already had the right part in his shop for the repair of my Surface Pro 6. He was able to get the repair done in less then a day, and the service was very efficient! Highly recommend!

The technician is amazing, I had a trackpad issue where I broke the clip from the motherboard and was to create one from scratch to replace it.He showed me the repair process with his multimeter to show that all the pins were good and trackpad was working again.This great service was done within 2hours from the initial call as well :)
