We just purchased our second car from Bruce at Messiah Motors and are very happy with both our purchases. For this new purchase he offered to bring the car to us for a test drive and then cleaned and fixed all the little things as well as set up all insurance via email before bringing it to us and completing the deal. I would give 10 stars if I could. Such a hassle free experience, and no pressure into buying the car I wanted. They have a carfax and a mechanical inspection report right away. The owner definitely values people over sales or profits first, and will make sure you have the best car buying experience. Prices are pretty competitive too.

Absolutely the worst experience in my life, I would strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. They sold me a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze in September of last year, it was delivered to me with a coolant leak, they did attempt to fix the one leak and immediately ( less than 24 hours) after the water pump went, within a very short time the head gasket went. Claimed they would take care of it, instead it sat at a mechanic, with no movement for roughly 6 months, throughout this time Bruce kept telling me that it would be dealt with. But then he began dodging my calls and the calls from the mechanic. In the end I ended up with a bill from the mechanic for storage for $1800 and absolutely nothing was done. I was forced to pay for an extended warranty $2500, that covers nothing. So I am currently paying on a vehicle that only ran for a short time after it was delivered to me. And now am paying on a $12500 loan for a vehicle that was on the road for less than 30 days.

I can honestly say that was one of the best vehicle shopping experience I've ever had. Mr. Tough was easy to deal with. Perfectly honest and transparent from the word go. I am very happy with my 2006 Subaru.

Thought I could trade in my car for a SUV, was told to take a used SUV 3x a normal price to build some more credit. Got the more expensive SUV which I couldn't afford, now it's about to be seized. Thanks for all the help. No one is getting back to me on this issue either. I didn't think it would that hard to buy my SUV back.

This is a dealership that I will continue to do business with in the future! Bruce is a great person, helped me out and really cared that I made the best decision for me. They were able to get my car fixed for a quarter of what the new car dealership service department quoted. Great service and honest people.

Very poor quality vehicles and poor service! Sold my son a lemon truck. Don’t trust them they say warranty, and help pay and lie through their teeth. Check better business bureau that’s where my next complaint is going to for my sons truck they sold to him
