Everybody was so kind, welcoming and make you feel beautiful. I was offered Rea, cookies and by far the best facial I could ask for, the Fire and Ice facial was mind blowing and I walked out with a massive glow and improvement on my skin. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m a regular and loyal customer of the Vancouver Laser Centre; that’s why I was so excited about their new location, which is called R-Medy – it’s right at the heart of Metrotown in Burnaby. My very first treatment at that clinic was glass therapy, which helps with dryness and transepidermal water loss. I loved the overall experience, from welcoming atmosphere at reception to quality treatment that did deliver the results as promised. I kept touching my skin for a couple days after the treatment as it was so soft and supple. I live in Burnaby and this is definitely going to be my favourite go to clinic!

The customer service is great; they’re super friendly and professional from the moment you walk in. I come here for laser treatment regularly with Ava or Mikela. The staff are happy to answer all of your questions and figure out what is the best fit for you. The technicians make you feel confident and at ease during the process. Genuinely a great experience every time and how a business should be run.

Dr. Li and Ashley have been amazing ! Helped me with the process of dissolving and fixing my lip filler and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Loved my experience so much I came back to get Botox and under eye filler done. Cant wait to try other treatments ! Highly recommend Dr. Li and Ashley !

Shouted to Sherry, the appointment coordinator for Rmedy Aesthetics. She was really patient and professional. I had changed my time for couple times but she all tried to coordinate the time for me. The doctor Joan Li and her assistant were great at their work as well. It is hundred percent experience here. Highly recommend!
