The pharmacists (and techs) at this location are amazing. They're patient, informative and truly want to give you the best care. Dave especially has really helped me and given me better advice about medications than my own doctor honestly.

I've had way too many issues with this pharmacy.I have to call constantly to remind them to send a fax to my doctor for refills. I do this way before my supply runs out, and because they don't do it right away or don't follow up on it, I've gone without my medication for days even weeks. I'm dealing with this issue now, and I have to pay $15 for the pharmacist to extend my script based on need. This is unacceptable!I ask them to call me when my prescriptions are in, and I hear nothing. Then when I call to check, they say they've been ready for days!I re-ordered one kind of insulin, which took forever to get, and by the time it came in I needed the other kind of insulin I use. The person on the phone told me she refused to refill that prescription because I just got insulin days before. She didn't even look at my file to see I'm on more than one type. She didn't realize there are different kinds of insulin? How can you work in a field dealing with medication and not know this? It took a lot of convincing to get her to refill my prescription.I think there's a lack of training with the staff that needs to be dealt with. People getting medication they need is a serious matter.
