Santel Communications

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! Was advised by other providers to not use Santel but my management still opted to go with them because they were cheaper. Big mistake. After investing heavily into their hardware, customer service was no where to be found afterwards when it came to technical support. Their receptionist is rude, argumentative & confrontational. Response times are non-urgent and they show up usually when they want. One person will say they will come but if you call back, another person will say they won't be coming out. This is not just on the odd occasion but is consistent behavior!! After a few years, we are stuck with hardware with minimal support. It is very costly to switch to another provider so we are somewhat stuck. From a business stand point, you cannot have your phone systems not working and have to rely on a uncooperative phone company. This company is bad enough that I am writing this post to warn other potential businesses on Santel.

Excellent service! These guys love to crawl through the old musty spaces as they pull cable through the cobwebs.Very professional in setting up the phone system and adding new lines as the company expands.I highly recommend them.

I met with Kevin today regarding installing a phone system for our new 11,000 square foot Farm Market..I was very impressed! He has been working in the business for 25+ years & was able to answer all my questions and give recomendations as needed. I felt a very honest and genunie opinion was given on our options and didn't feel we were being sold on something we dont' need." i am the proud owner of Vancouver transmission ltd . we had very good service from this company .and our phone system is still very good .
