These guys are the real deal! Recently brought my BMW M2 in for a service and the whole process from beginning to end was a breeze. Had a great discussion with Mitch on maintenance items required and future preventatives. Shortly after, he sent me an online work order with price estimates that I could approve or decline for each item. My car was in and out in no time and runs better than ever. This place has great service. I never feel like they are pushy with any services.I really like how they are so calm, confident, friendly and concise in their interactions and explanations.They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, allowing me to make my own informed decision.I’ve asked them to explain what certain terms mean, what the potential causes would be, whether it was something that could wait to be fixed or will lead to immediate safety issues in driving and how to prevent future damages. As an L.A. transplant and having owned nine BMW's I was in search of a shop in Vancouver that would care about my BMW, advise me with honesty and perform agreed upon work without upselling. I finally found Nixon Automotive and it exceeded my highest expectations and surpassed any shop in L.A. Clean shop, well organized, friendly but not opinionated service, accommodating, priced just right. The complimentary full inspection report for first time clients is outstanding. (Easy to read and kept on a cloud forever.) I know exactly where I stand with this car and what to plan on a priority basis. Ryan has impeccable bedside manner and knowledge. These folks are incredible professionals, will explain anything to you in detail and simple terms. Had a great experience getting my E46 M3 taken care of. From the beginning until the end, the staff there had top notch communication (thanks Mitch!), provided constant updates on my vehicle and made sure I fully understood what is being done.Nixon is best in business for a reason and it shows.
