Great service. Very meticulous. Called Bryan for an estimate. Booked an appointment and he assessed my basement, I received my estimate the same day. He gave me some options and explained the problem in terms I could understand( weeping tile does what? Sump pump? What??) We decided to go with EFR and are happy with the work. My basement no longer leaks and feels warm and dry after all the renovation. I would recommend this company. :)

Contacted Bryan with EFR based on a referral from our general contractor, in May of 2020. He quoted our job and we went back & forth on the details. I followed up in July and the job was delayed because we were not told that they booked a locate for us. Second locate was completed, and I followed up with Bryan via text, email, and over the phone on at least 5 occasions throughout August - with no response whatsoever. Unprofessional to ghost a client completely; if you're too busy to do a job, let the client know so they can find someone else.

Bryan and his team did a complete repair and waterproofing to two of our foundation walls, as well as replaced the associated weeping tile system, in the fall of 2019. They did a great job! They explained clearly what they were doing, took great care to protect our yard while doing the work, and were finished on time. They even worked through the weekend and some evenings to be sure they kept to schedule. I was impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. Edmonton Foundation Repair installed interior weeping tile, sump pump and main backwater valve in my mid 1970's bungalow. The exterior weeping tile had become clogged/non-functional and ground water was seeping in from below. They did an excellent job, completed it within the estimated time frame and cleaned up the worksite very well. I appreciated Bryan's honesty, integrity and the whole crew's respectfulness. Bryan and his team recently waterproofed a portion of my foundation. Not only was everyone I met polite, but they were punctual, hardworking & extremely professional. Of all the places I contacted for quotes, Bryan was the only person who made sure I understood ALL my options for repair, potential risk factors, wait times, and additional costs. He also took the time to contact me for updates, check that I was satisfied with the service provided and made sure the process was as painless as possible. The prices were fair, especially when taking into account the quality of the work. The estimate for the job was bang on, the work was done quickly and payment was easy.

We had a leaking foundation with a horizontal crack repaired. They worked with us to find a solution that fit our budget. They went the extra mile by making sure the work was completed before our baby was born.
