Bruno's Laundromat

My first time here. Came on Tuesday at 3pm and it’s empty. Lots of machines. Each sized machine has a different cost to them listed on the machine. Very easy to use. I brought my own detergent so i can’t comment on that aspect. Overall a great experience

I’ve been to many laundromats in Toronto and this one is undoubtedly the best. Clean, well-run, big machines, the option of wash & fold service - it stands out.

There are many machines to accommodate different sizes, and loads. There were TV screens disbursed throughout the spaces playing at a good volume—all on the same channel for local news, and weather updates. It's a good source to pass the time when there isn't WiFi. There are a few benches for seating. Multiple entrances/exits for easy access. There are machines for change, or tokens which amount to 25 cents. Drying cycles cost 25c for every 3-4 minutes depending on the size. Can't speak to the detergent dispensers.I found the overall visit very pleasant. Everybody's machines worked, even though a worker was present checking on one–false alarm. The plants are particularly lovely; you can tell they're taken care of, because I did not notice any pests in them. There's even a handy laundry symbol guide specially made for the business–part of Bruno's recent investment in digital branding.

The washing machine ate my money and didn’t operate and didn’t return my coins either. I called the help number twice but no one responded. What is the point of it then?This laundry charges higher then the other places in this neighborhood. I’ve been coming to this place for 1 year. But the owner do not fixed the problems in machines. I will change laundry place

I want to give this laundromat 5 stars because when you look at it as you come in it is superior to others. Clean, spacious, tv’s, 2 soap dispensers, atm, change machine etc. But the biggest issue is the fact that I’ve lost so many looneys and more in machines that are broken that swallow up my change. I can count at least 3 times that I used a washer on the right side of the laundromat that took my change and loonies were getting stuck inside. This was after I had loaded up my clothes and put the soap dispenser in. Meaning I had to discard the change I put in and pay for another soap dispenser plus put the clothes into another machine and start over with more change. Very frustrating

This is the only Laundromat I've used in our neighborhood. There are always washers and dryers available. Great for washing large items like duvets and comforters!

A bunch of machines are out of order the floor is dirty the bathroom is out of order for a quarter you get only TWO minutes of dry time. I used to like this place I haven’t been here in a while and im not coming back.

First time there I was waiting for my washer to finish counting down to unlock I had put a dryer sheet in the dryer on my way to the washer to grab the clthoes to dry I was bullied. By a lady in her 40s yelling at me why I was holding up the dryer machine when I wasn't I was just grabbing my clthoes from the washer she even yelled at my mom .Then she called her husband a black male when he came she had told him it was me and he stayed in the corner just looking at me I said can I help you .he said yes you started with my wife I said no I didn't she yelled at me freaking out at me because I put a dryer sheet in the dryer and went to get my clthoes from the washer .then he started with my son let me tell you that I will never go there again it's unbelievable the behavior in that laundromat never ever again will I go there

A lot of laundry machines, clean place. The cons for me is that the dry machine could be 5 minutes per quarter over than 4. But it's the best place close to my home.

So much better than Oakwood coin laundry down the street, they have more machines, the change machines actually work, homeless people don't break in to sleep there and it's usually quiet enough you don't have to worry about Covid safety issues
