Went to Natasha for my first eye exam in years. All the staff at Wink Optometry was super friendly and helpful and took their time explaining every step along the way. Natasha also explained all my results in detail. Great experience there and I would go back again!

Wink Optometry
I went to Wink Optometry for an eye exam as a student. The staff are very kind, friendly, and accommodating. I like that their waiting area is not overly crowded. Dr. Wu was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about eyes or eye health. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Wink Optometry and I plan to go there again.

Had a wonderful experience a few months back and forgot towrite my review.I got some great suggestions on frames but ultimately decided to use the Ray Ban frame I already had and just upgrade the lenses themselves.Everyone from Serene who works at the front desk to Dr. Natasha Liaw were very welcoming. I'll definitely be stopping by again if I have any issues with my prescription or need an upgrade ;)

I recently went to see Dr. Natasha Liaw to get new glasses and had such a pleasant experience - her and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They gave me extensive eye exams and had a wide arrange of frames and lenses to choose from, so I was able to get exactly what I needed! With help and guidance from Dr. Liaw, I ended up going with Neurolens and they are so worth the investment - high quality lenses suited for someone like me who stares at computer screens for hours and hours daily.So beyond happy with my new glasses and their excellent service. Highly recommend!

The staff is really nice and the eye examination was great! They offer direct billing which is really convenient. I was really disappointed with their contact lens services. I expected the service to include a contact lens prescription(with BC and DIA). Instead, I was charged $20 for a contact lens fitting which only involved giving me a couple of pairs to try them out. I was also told that the fee will be deducted from the cost of the contacts when I was ready to order. However, when I called in to place an order, I was told that there might've been some miscommunication. This was my first time ordering contacts through an optometrist and I think the process just wasn't clear enough. Nevertheless, the staff is great and Dr Wu is really attentive and I'd probably be back for an eye examination but I would not recommend it if you're interested in purchasing contacts!

Since my dad introduced me to this place for over 5 years now, we became more than customers. We are like friends and family. Special thanks to Serene and Dr. Natasha and all the staff for the oustanding service. I definetly reccomend this optometry for the technology, the location, the frames, and the staff!
