Working with Victoria Tundo was amazing. She is an excellent mediator, very professional, very organized, impartial, and provided us with all the information we needed. I had the privilege of being assisted by Alisha. She went far above what i needed. She took the time to explain to me the process and brought me with her to speak with a legal clerk for further clarification. She put my mind at ease to making further choices regarding my case and made sure to inform me of my legal rights as a single mom. It's hard emotionally to make these changes but Alisha showed genuine care to those who are in need of assistance. I also enjoyed the assistance i received from Wally and the rest of the Team working on May 16th, 2023. My kids were hungry and thirsty from the long day and they offered refreshments and snacks which were personally from them. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Today I came to family court for service. I met Alisha who is one of the court clerk. She was extremely nice and helpful. She took time out of her lunch hour to listen to my problems and made every effort possible to help me. Thanks again Alisha for your kindness.

Alisha is quite considerate and does her job well. Overall the process was smooth but I do recommend you come early. I’ll even go as far as saying everyone was pleasant and reasonable.

A sweet girl ALISHA from Mediate 393, not only invited me pleasantly, she helped me through each step of the process gently and patiently.
