Their advertising is fraudulent. They’re listing a vehicle for sale at a price that does not include all of the installed options. If you express an interest you find out the real price which increases the price by over $4000. This dealership appears to be very unethical

We purchased our new vehicle today. Jade Siffledeen helped us explaining all options in detail. We had a good impression in communicating with her.

So I'm doing deliveries Friday afternoon and I smell my worst favorite smell..... Anitifreeze, Derrick dodge happened to be right around the corner so I race in with my 2017 ram 1500 tell them what I suspect, Jason their shop lead comes out right away and inspects my leak and its a waterpump ill be needing. They were very busy that Friday but located a new pump and promised me I'd have the truck back the next day (Saturday) by Noon. They gave me a ride home. And unlike other shops I've tried their service team like clockwork called me the next day to inform me my truck was fixed. I didn't have to call and ask. The bill came to less than I was expecting too. All around I'm happy with my experience I would recommend this shop.

Dropped in on Family Day to learn more about the Jeep Gladiator.. Received a friendly welcome from Noel, new salesman recently arrived from Ontario. Very knowledgeable and nice non-pushy manner. We’ll be back.

Shame on me for thinking the seventh time taking a vehicle in for the same issue, I would have my car window fully resolved, and the promises would be kept. Through excuses and part not being available, I kept thinking that they would eventually resolve my jeep's issues that were under warranty. My window now does go up and down, but it is not aligned correctly and scrapes when it goes up, also there are scratches on the glass that was not there before. The icing on the cake is that they have had my jeep for two months because of another warranty issue, and my jeep was unsafe to drive because they did not order the right parts. They told me I would get a full detailing complimentary as a sorry for the issue. My jeep was washed on the outside, and tires shined. Ridiculous, to say the least. They are good at underwhelming and not delivering on what they said they would do. I would not suggest using them. Update check engine light from the second issue came on the drive home.

Excellent service. Went there 3 weeks ago with no appointment. Got our new truck on time as they promised Easy to communicate with Kyle and Jade. Kudos with them! Highly recommended.

They have went above and beyond my needs when I got my new jeep wrangler high altitude. Moe, Cam and Rael were most helpful and always took care of me even tho I was really demanding at times lol. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a vehicle to go there.

We had an excellent experience with the purchase of my new truck! The entire team was helpful and friendly, not pushy at all, and when Sheryl discovered I was picking up my truck on my birthday she made sure my truck had bows on it, there was a birthday card signed by the entire team, a birthday cake, and when I walked in, the entire team collectively sang happy birthday to me! These guys definitely went above and beyond and I am a very happy customer! Thank you Derrick Dodge!

Brought my truck for ticking noise then they diagnose for camshaft replacement then waited for 5 months to fix and paid almost 6k. when they gave the truck back noise still existing when i came back they said its another issue. And I might spend 5k plus again... people now a days are not honest at all. Dont even know if the first issue is the really issue at all.
