I drove across town to have my car serviced by Lei at TYT Auto LTD. His shop is well equipped, and he did all the work himself. I made an appointment to have several hours of preventive maintenance work on my car. He was ready for me on time and didn't mind me sitting quietly by as he worked away. That's so much better than handing off your car blindly to a dealer or big garage where you can't see what they're doing and don't know if they really did the work or changed the part they charged you for! Lei is an experienced master technician and his services are priced very reasonably compared to the Toyota dealer where he used to work for 10 years. I'll definitely go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Very trust worthy. Thanks Lei!

I brought in my 2007 Rav4 for a faulty alternator, called Lei first thing in the morning and I was able to get a quote over the phone and an appointment on the same day. His shop is the cleanest work area I've ever seen for a mechanic and his prior experience as a Toyota technician speaks for itself. The job was done quickly and he even took the time to inspect other parts of the vehicle for me and suggested some DIY maintenance that I could do at home.Overall I'm very happy with my visit to TYT, Lei will be my go-to mechanic from now on for anything that I can't do easily myself on my Toyota. I have recently bought a used toyota at 90k KM and I was looking for a mechanic who can work my car for maintenance. After searching online I came across Lei business and I wanted to get it a shot. I reached out to him via call. He said he will text me back and he did with an appointment. I met him at his shop on the appoint date and from the time I was there, I was hooked on his professionalism and his work ethic.I have been going to him since then, and I love it! I came in for an oil change and transmission fluid change after my car has been sitting for two years. Lei’s work was impeccable with meticulous attention to details. The vehicle inspection was very thorough and detailed. Lei also helped me fix the headlight washer hose which somehow became detached at the clips. Hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever seen, and I have seen quite a lot. I would recommend TYT Auto to anyone looking for a good place for vehicle repair and maintenance.

Lei offers very reasonable prices for excellent service. Lei has been looking after our Toyota for the last two years. He is very knowledgeable with Toyota and has a wealth of experience... there were times when Lei diagnosed and fixed the problem right down to the circuit board of my car, most mechanic would have simply just charged hundreds of dollars to replace the entire part. I recommend Lei to all my family and friends, he really is the Toyota Specialist.

This is where I found out because of the noise problem in the car. However, it was very professional and accurately fixed the breakdown.Even the price is honest.(It doesn't mean that the price is cheap). As a Toyota Specialist, all Toyota-related consumables use genuine products, and that doesn't mean they'll either get a higher price. And they use good parts for non-Toyota vehicles. Very professional and reliable for vehicle repair. Most of all, I liked the fact that it explained the breakdown in an easy-to-understand manner. Most of all, I liked the honesty and sincerity. it's been 3 years since opened the business, but I hope to keep trust for a long time. It may not be possible to fix everything 100%, but I highly recommend it because it is a place you can trust and find.
