I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago in order to replace tiresConfirmed it and came at 3pm . Shon told me it will take 3 hoursto replace and oil changeSurprisingly he called me 5.55pm and explained that car is not yet finishedI was 100m away from his officeI found my car at the same place I left it 3 hours ago.He even has not started yet?!!!!H told me to come tomorrow ?????Never never again. -I told him but he does not care.Huge disappointment and frustrationHave to find better service asap

Brought a few cars here already but recently I had a van safetied and I was told my van needed rear brake pads to cause they are completely worn out. so I was like ok ill go get the couple of things done and bring it back. I basically wasted my money on shoes cause the pads were almost brand new that they said were worn out... they did not even offer to reimburse me for the false statement and charged me full price for the safety. I only brought cars here cause it was close and i never had a problem before now with them. If thats the kinda business I can expect I won't be coming back here again.

I had a radiator problem, he quoted me 400-500 dollars for the fix. He encountered problems along the way and called me to let me know the fix would take longer. Most mechanics would give up, but he worked on it for 6 hours! When I came to pick it up later, since he quoted me up to 500 dollars, he only charged me for 2 hours of labour so that the price stayed within the quote.I love coming back here over and over because Shawn is the most honest mechanic I have ever found, charges reasonable prices, and won't quit a job once he starts!
