Dr. Trecarten is as good as it gets in every way. Pharmacy staff and front desk team are kind and courteous as well. Beyond grateful to be under Dr. Ts care and the rest of this amazing establishment.

Great place to get you medication and even just to get information. I find staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Very efficient when helping customers and preparing prescriptions. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love staff and atmosphere. Very professional.

All the staff are extremely friendly and patient. Theres always lots of people to serve you. A good place for referals and information on many services for any kind of issue. They go out of their way to help and you don't wait hours to get information on your medication. They also are a VERY needed service in Ottawa as in every city now. But there's also never sitting on the phone for 30 mins. All pharmacies get very busy, I tend to go early afternoon each month, but I know the mornings are sometimes crowded. The doctor's clinic attached keeps them busy, but they serve anyone. Clean and new.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I've been dealing with Respect since they pretty much opened and have never had any complaints. My prescriptions are always delivered quickly.

Consistently kind, pleasant customer service.Doesn't matter who or what the of day it is, the staff are good people and always helpful. Nobody is judgemental, or cold or short with you, you never get bad service. Nobody ever rushes you, makes you feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or intimidated. They provide a safe place for the patient, in all ways literally and figuratively. I would honestly say this is the best pharmacy I've ever been to in my entire life.

Always Friendly staff and I always felt respected and cared for wile visiting. Place is clean service is fast. Its got to be the best pharmacy/dispensary i ever been too.Keep up the good work guys
