I want to give a 0 star if I can! This has been the worst experience ever as the doctor is extremely unprofessional. I accidentally heard him gossip and make fun of me to other nurses right after the consultation, and what he gossiped about was not health issue related. I would never go back to this clinic again!

I started seeing Dr. Stephanie Grail last March. My fiance had set up the meet & greet appointment and gave my info over the phone, and assured me that she would be my new family doctor. I met with her about 5 different times. On the last visit in August, I made a point of confirming that she was my Family Doctor, which she confirmed. Every visit was pleasant and quick, but she did forget to fax a prescription to my pharmacy. But then when my fiance tried to make an appointment about a month later, she was informed that Dr. Grail had left the clinic. Neither of us received any notice that she would be leaving. Whenever I call, I'm usually on hold until I just give up and get walk-in help from somewhere else. As someone with anxiety surrounding doctors and confusion surrounding the administrative process (which i had discussed at length with Dr. Grail), it was very frustrating to say the least.

They lose family doctors every few months and then you need to set up an appointment with the new incoming doctor by calling in (defeats the purpose of having a family doctor but location was convenient).Had to do this again for the 4th time since coming here in the last 5-6 years. They just lost another doctor. I’ve called in each week for the last few to be told the schedule was not yet available for the new doctor… and then finally when the schedule was available that the doctor is no longer taking patients. If you like consistency with your family practice doctors, this is not the place for you.The doctors I’ve had to date and the staff at the front desk have been helpful though.

Absolutely worst walk-in experience of my life. I ram there because of some chest pain knowing it’s not emergnecy and I had time to wait for a couple of hours. After two hours of waiting the dr; he walks in and says my name out loud and asks what I want there. So I said I wanted referral to cardiologist since i had a bad chest pain . The doctor suddenly loses it all on me. He says do u want to talk about it or do u just want to be silent and he walks out saying they won’t provide service to me. The nurse nancy was an angel and from the doctors behaviour. Do not come here id you’re brown or black because I could fully sense how the doctor was racist and treated me like an outsider knowing I had chest pain and could die any second like I better die as an immigrant. I asked the doctors name and no one shared his name. He should be disbarred from treating patients in Canada.

I am a patient of doctor David Engelberg. I value him as a human being and for the care he provides to me and my husband for more than 10 years.Was for him to be sick and not in the clinic today when I had a follow up appointment to meet another doctor and be confronted with the lack of professionalism and rude behaviourI waited because I had an ongoing pain and wanted to obtain my ultrasound results.The doctor came in, started to review the information in the computer and with an aggressive tone was asking me why I was there ?! Continued to read and then again “if you are dr Engelberg patient why did you not wait to see him he is rarely away “ I explained I came because despite my ultrasound result I still have the pain.His overall attitude and demeanour was anachronistic with what the expectation was for a doctor in 21th centuryHe needs to work in improving his attention to the patient , medical skills and definitely behaviour -show that you care what you doIf you are allocated 15 min per patient , use them , don’t expedite in 8.We pay taxes and taxes are going to support the salary of Mr Marcus tooI have travelled the world , unfortunately I had been sick few times and I looked for medical care in other countries.If I rank Dr Marcus based on what he displayed today I would need to leave 100 seats not taken and he would be at the bottom.Such a sad experience.But hey, I value even more my family doctor

Receptionists are absolutely lovely & helpful! I saw Dr.Stevens twice and he was such a caring and pleasant Doctor. Definitely recommend and I will be back in the future whenever I need to see a doctor.

I wanted to like this office. Since the one at bay and dundas closed. But I am disappointed. I went to see a dermatologist about a leg scar. The doctor stood at the door for 95% of the exam. How could he examine the scar when he was 15 feet away? Obviously PTSD from the covid pandemic ... And he declined to order an ultrasound... So no I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I wish I could give them 0, The walk in doctor Dr Marcus was so unprofessional and did not care about the patient at all. There was no proper medication or referral given and because he forgot to send the referral he asked the patient to come again during his walk in hours (wait 1-2hrs) and then maybe he will give referral for an allergy test.There was no help from the MCI clinic after explaining them the situation, all they said that they know Dr Marcus is not the best.This kind of service is not expected where they know we are in need of help and care. No wonder the reviews of the clinic are so bad.

Dr. Eva Konieczna is excellent. She has provided wonderful, caring, expert medical care to me for many years. I am very lucky to have her as my primary care physician.

4 hr wait for walk in serviceMeet with doctor- was supposed to give refferal to sleep clinic.3 weeks pass no call. Call them to follow up, no referral made.Save your time, peace of mind and energy. Go elsewhereMCI,Please close this service if you'll are this incompetent. Don't waste taxpayer money
