I would have preferred give no star at all. from the reception to the doctor they are extremely unprofessional, very rude and the worst RACIST clinic ever. the government should inspect theses peoples. please please please don't waste your time, you will regret your all life... they're seriously horrible.

My family Doctor is Dr.Lee . Because am sick and want to have an appointment to talk to him and get treatment, of course . But I could not get help from the recaption, meaning wow she talk to me unprofessionally and she told me that he( Dr.Lee ) can not be my family doctor anymore. She said “ It’s 4 years since I see him.”Her speech sounds like anger and she told me to go to walk in clinics. Who is she? What is she doing there? Never know how to communicate , am really very sad. My name is Mulusew

Dr. Unwala. Every request that im making regarding having a diagnosis through xrays or imagery is turned down or redirect toward something i have already tried. She also turns down my request for an annual physical exam. Whenever i ask to get refills of prescription on file she only give me one and trying to reach her take weeks.There is also a new receptionist that is no where near keen to help patient.

Great place to come and see your Family Physician. They treat you like family, answer every question and they don't rush you.

It might just be the doctor that I get assigned.But for me , cost me a lot of money with wrong medication. And many times .I would definitely go somewhere else.Awful .....

A very unprofessional clinic, where our family doctor contravenes the CPSA's requirements for professional conduct almost daily.Dr. Fatima Unwala was our doctor, who cancelled her appointments with us with less than 24 hours notice, multiple times in a row, each time I had work booked off for the visit. Simply asking the clinic whether there were other family docs who would be willing to see us, so we could transfer away from Dr. Unwala, was enough for her to discharge me as a patient without ever telling me. I only found this out because I was waiting for the calls for the multiple referrals she sent out at our last appointment. Turns out those were cancelled too without notice in any form. Dr. Unwala is just a downright bad person, and the clinic is still somehow enabling her to practice. A complain is being filed with the CPSA, but for now if you're a patient here, consider looking elsewhere, as these people have only $$$ on their mind, not patient care.

I appreciate the staff at St.Thomas. I feel safe, respected and they are thorough. They tried their best to accommodate my schedule and followed up to get me proper care. The front desk staff work so hard and you can tell they take their responsibilities seriously.
